Who doesn't want a Postcard from all 50 states?! Having a hard time finding a specific state? Well in these 5 different swaps we will split up the states alphabetically and get 1 person from every state to swap with. You send out 10 postcards from your state to send out! The first person to comment with their state will get entered to keep it fair. I am from New York so that one is covered and I will be in every swap! You must have a 4.9 or higher rating so no flakers!! If you have any questions let me know!! If there are only 10 states in each swap, then wouldn't we have only 9 partners to send to because we don't send to ourselves?
