Description:

Welcome! This is a swap for those of us who collect way too many mounted rubber stamps. Maybe you bought a stamp for a specific project, and no longer need it, or maybe it's just not your particular style anymore. Why not pass it along? Here's your chance to pass along 2 of your (gently used) mounted rubber stamps and recieve 2 new-to-you (gently used) rubber stamps from your swap partner. (No hand-carved stamps for this swap, please. I will be doing a separate swap for those in the nextmonth, if there is enough interest.) You will also purchase & include one brand new ink pad (any color) in the package to your swap partner. You will have one swap partner.

To participate: sign up no later than June 1. Swap-bot will send you the info on your swap partner a day or so after that deadline.

The swap items (2 gently used rubber stamps and one brand new inkpad) must be postmarked no later than June 15. This swap is open to swappers in any location, so be aware that you may receive an international swap partner, and the postage would be a bit higher in that case.

I hope you'll join us!

***Edited to add: so that everyone receives the same type quality stamps, these should be good quality stamps (like you would purchase at craft store, online site, or rubber stamp store- not the 4 in a package for a dollar type you purchase at the dollar store.) The size should be at least 1.5 inches or larger (not teeny tiny ones). Hope that helps clarify, and helps everyone get a fair swap....thanks :)

hi all- just checking in to see if swap-bot has swapped everyone out yet- should be by tomorrow, as the swap sign-up closed last night. Looks like we've got participants with great ratings (lots of 5's, yeah!!!!) so should be a great swap!)

BohemianD: When you log on to swap-bot and click "view your swaps", you must click to see who your swap partner is. You will not receive an email. Swap-bot does it all through the site, and you must check to see. I will email you too.

**** note from swap host:

to TRINDA ROBINSON- Do not sign up for any swaps that I host. Due to consistently poor ratings, and many swaps not received, you will be removed from any swap that I host. I would encourage other swap organizers to do the same, as it's really not fair to the honest swappers.
