Long-Term Pen Pals #2

I have joined so many pen pal swaps on this site, in the hopes of finding a long-term pen pal, but so many times, I have received no response back at all. Makes me wonder why people even join pen pal swaps, if they don't intend on being a pen pal.

I am hoping by creating this swap, I will find some people who hope to form a relationship through writing, good old snail-mail style.

You will have one partner to send to and one partner will send to you. If all goes well, you should end up with two new long-term pen pals.

There is no word limit or requirement, as this will, hopefully, turn into a wonderful relationship, with many exchanged letters and cards.

I will let newbies join the swap, but consider that people will be expecting a dedicated pen pal. For those established swappers, you must have a 4.85 swap rating or higher, and no recent 1's or 3's, without attempt to resend/fix the rating. I will be checking.

You must have a well-filled out profile. If your profile is completely empty, that it a sign to me that you don't intend on sticking around the site for very long. If your profile is empty, you will be banned from this swap.

The swap is open only to the U.S, at this time. International shipping costs are just getting outrageous. If you would like to create an international version of this swap, please be my guest.

I will give people just one week to sign up and then just one week to send your first letter, so write quickly! I'm eager to get to know some new people!

I will be happy to angel for this swap, but I really hope that it won't be needed.
