In this swap you will send a cheery, hello, encouraging card to Dakota. From Mom- Dakota is 8 years old. He has been a fighter from the day we met him! We adopted him in 2010. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, reactive attachment disorder, and PTSD. He has an infectious laugh and smile! He spreads sunshine wherever he goes and has his own little fan club. He has been a blessing to our family. Dakota has been involved in many types of public and private therapies. He has participated in physiotherapy, conductive education, and Cuevas Medek specialized physiotherapies. He has also received occupational therapy and prompt speech therapy. He has received neurofeedback and EMDR therapies to help with his RAD, CP, and PTSD. It has been, and continues to be a hard journey, but it is well worth everything we have gone through to have our precious boy in our life!!
