WOW: Washi Tape - A Baker's Dozen

You will have 2 partner in this swap. It's sender's choice.

Randomly choose 13 of the tapes in your collection. For each partner, wrap 15 inches of each one onto playing cards (see note at bottom of write-up) or another shiny surface. All tapes must be washi tape, not deco tape (the kind needing to be cut with scissors). Do not send Dollar Tree, Studio G or glitter tapes.

You must decorate the front of your envelopes with washi tape. There is no excuse for not sending colorful envelopes when we have colorful tape! By decorating, I don't mean adding one small piece of tape - the more the merrier! :) If you get an envelope from your partner that has not been decorated with several pieces of tape, please ask for a re-send. Well I guess you now know how I feel about that ;)

NOTE: When wrapping your samples on playing cards, if the cards are not Bicycle, Cardinal or some other super glossy type card, you must wrap clear tape around the card first. When wrapping tape on lower quality playing cards (e.g. from Dollar Store) it tends to pick up the color design from the card surface, rendering the last part of the tape useless. How sad, eh?!
