Description:

Create a pocket letter by having a different "theme"/choice for each pocket.

This is sender's choice but it never hurts to take a look at your partner's profile to make them smile. This should be fun and stress free.

It will be up to you on how you want to send this to your partner. I believe that most people like to fold theirs up so they are able to send in a long envelope for cheaper postage. This will be up to you. Just make sure you include a letter in a pocket and the swap name with your username.

Swappers must have 5.0 to join. Must have at least 10 type 3 swaps. I will be checking profiles. There may be a few exceptions if you message me and explain any low rating. (It will depend on when it was and circumstances)

Ps. Feel free to make your own international version of this if you wish. At this time, I am not able to send overseas because of postage costs.

So, to be clear, we choose a theme for each pocket and then decorate the pocket in that theme. More than just scrapbooking paper, right? Any goodies?

Or is it just a sheet with goodies and a letter and no decoration? Or...?

you treat it just like a normal PL... but each pocket can be whatecer youd like it to look like...

Example : Normally you would follow one'ish theme on a pocket letter...say "Christmas". With this one, the first pocket may be "dogs" and the next pocket may be "rain" and the next may be "a holiday"...etc. etc.

Hope that makes sense.

Ok, great! I definitely prefer my PLs decorated. :) :)

Oh, um, I didn't get an answer to the "goodies" question. How many required? Thanks!

Goodies are always in pocket letters behind each pocket. If you need ideas, please feel free to google how to make pocket letters. Tons of great ideas on pinterest and blogs. :)

Well... goodies aren't always in PLs, that's why I ask. :D The group "9 Little Pockets" regularly excludes goodies and in the swaps I host, I sometimes only require 4 or 5 goodies. So, best to be clear and double check reqs, so I'm sending and rec'ing the right things! Thanks again.

Okie dokie. Im going to send out a mass email letting everyone know to make sure goodies are in each pocket. Or at least 6 pockets (more if theyd like) and a letter/note in one.

Thanks for the heads up.

Heads up! If anyone doesnt check their email regularly, here is the message I just sent out :

Hello! This is @jinxspinx from swapbot. You are in the swap: 9 Themes//1 pocket letter

It was brought to my attention that some pocket letter swaps on swap bot does not require goodies in their pocket letter pockets. Ive always been accustom to always send something in the pockets, so I just wanted to clarify.

At least include 6 (or more) goodies in each pocket plus your letter/note in one. Goodies can be anything. Stickers, teas, diecuts, washi tape, etc. Sender's choice.

If you need some inspiration there are great ideas on pinterest, google, youtube, and facebook groups. If you have any questions or tips for anyone, feel free to reach out. :)

Thank you again for joining my swap. Pocket letters are so much fun!

So include goodies in 6+ pockets and a letter in 1 pocket. Great! Thanks. :)

Yep- Im sorry that I wasnt able to put that in the swap description. I will know better next time. Thank you for understanding and helping me with this.
