FF: Charity Bear (INT)

Sometimes....I just feel like making something and am not really concerned about getting anything back. How about you??....

Make a "Charity Bear" following the super easy pattern over at Shiny Happy World and donate it to the charity of your choice. To complete the swap, you will send a photo (either email the photo or enclose a print of it) in a letter to your partner. You will need to snail mail an actual note to your partner whether you email the photo or not.... Tell your partner about the charity you chose to donate your Warren the Charity Bear to and anything else you'd like to include in the note. Be sure to use safety eyes rather than buttons for obvious safety reasons. These are available at most craft stores, and online as well. Check with the charity to make sure your creations meet with any criteria they might have for accepting such a donation. As this is entirely senders choice...you may begin construction immediately if you are interested.

As suggested in the pattern post, likely places to donate might be..

• women's shelters
• homeless shelters
• fire departments
• police departments
• hospitals
• Secret Toy Society Drop
• Peace keeping Forces
• Doctors without borders
• any other suitable place you know of

So...pretty easy and cute too:) Make a Warren Bear.....Take a picture....Deliver him to a charity of your choosing....Send photo and note to your partner.....
