For This Swap... You will make one (1) ATC for one (1) partner for a total of one (1) ATC. The theme is "Glitter Blast". You may make the ATC however you wish as long as you incorporate glitter into your ATC in some way. Please be sure to use the normal ATC size. Beginners and seasoned creators of ATC's are welcome to join this swap. This is also an INTERNATIONAL swap, so everyone on earth may join! :) Don't forget to write the swap name and your user name somewhere in the envelope so you can be rated. PLEASE rate your partners in return!!! Also, be sure to title, date and add your name on the back of your ATC. The ATC should be in a clear sleeve for protection. I ALWAYS check profiles on my swaps for those who haven't fulfilled their obligations on previous swaps before assigning partners. Is "glitter glue" such as Stickles allowed for the glitter?
