Send a Gelli printed, hand-cut stenciled, hand carved Rubber stamp or Linocut anatomy mail art postcard (any size; appropriate postage). Any interpretation, and any medium can be used for your postcard background (or plain).

Send Naked, well-sealed as needed, with the SPECIFIC name of the swap (as this swap may be in several groups; see my Profile page for other swaps - you must be a member to join each group swap), your S-B name, and a sentence or two about your anatomical subject :D.
