Mental Health Wellness Postcard Swap #2

Hello swappers!

This is a swap that is about mental health awareness and acceptance. In this swap, you will have 2 partners. You will write a postcard for each partner, answering any of the following questions:

"What is your opinion on mental health stigma? Does it affect you? Do you know others affected? What do you think can help society change its discriminatory attitude?"

You can talk about your mental illness diagnosis and experiences if you have such, or talk about whatever comes to mind that is empowering and grounding for you. Also, no "diagnosis" is necessary. Mental health affects us all, just as does physical health!

Also, if possible, please choose a postcard that has a picture that is meaningful to you. You can write about how the picture is meaningful also, if you wish.
