50 States Pocket Letter Swap

I love sending and receiving pocket letters - they really are just so much fun. This swap was created for those of us that would like to collect at least one PL from each state, and to accomplish that goal a little faster, everyone in this swap will have 3 partners. Meaning, each person is to make 3 PLs about their state, and in return, they will receive 3 PLs from different states.

Each PL should all 9 pocket fronts decorated with something that relates to your state (map, flag, famous people/ places, state flower, state bird, interesting facts, etc.).

Then, 8 out of the 9 pockets should have the reverse side filled with goodies (sender's choice - the goodies do not have to be about your state, but it would be great if they were). Some examples of items to fill the pockets with include: stickers, stamps, die-cuts, ephemera, embellishments, buttons, ribbon, lace, decorated paper clips, washi tape, paper flowers, etc.

The 9th pocket is for your letter. Tell your partner a little something about yourself and your state.

It is ok to make the same PL 3 times, or to make 3 different PLs - sender's choice, as long as you send out 3 PLs about your state, you will be fine.
