:: HOW? ::

Send the items in a DECORATED envelope with the swap name and your user name ANYWHERE ON the envelope, except of cause not on the address label. Get creative, make sure it catches your partner's attention when they receive it in their mailbox for example, decorating with washi tapes, textured paper, embellishments, or even make your own envelope with wrapping paper..... But most of all, have fun with it!

Suggestions: flat items; sticker sheet, ephemera, patterned cardstock, shaped paper clips, an ATC card about yourself, sticky notes, writing materials, pens, washi samples, a polaroid that you took and wanted to share, good luck charm, face mask, magnets, currency, note cards, bookmarks, pendant, postcards, candy, chocolates, .... the list is endless!

How can I ever qualify for Type 3 NEWBIE FRIENDLY swaps if they require me to have 10 completed already? :'(

Foxceelox 04/ 6/2017 #

I agree with the first comment. Just joined. Have tons of pen pals and good stuff to send out to others..

Hello @ladyfluorspar and @Foxceelox Thanks for the comments. You may wish to note that newbies would have to complete at least 10 Type 3 and Type 2 swaps in total. I would suggest for newbies to join Newbie groups to boost your ratings, at least that was what I did when I was new and yes the original members did recommend that. This is to ensure others safety and to avoid flakkers and yes every profile will be checked thoroughly. Hope this was helpful, have a great day!

@Jannified I felt it was hurtful to see this swap categorized as Newbie, titled Newbie Friendly, have the phrase " join if you are comfortable with exchanging goodies with the fellow newbies, after all, we were once newbies too winks",

and then ban actual newbies :(. If you don't want unestablished swappers in your swap why are you even pretending you're welcoming newbies?

Dear @ladyfluorspar , thank you for your comments. Do note that swap-bot is quite general in terms of newbie with ratings, newbie without ratings, newbie who actually did a lot of swaps too. If you would like to join in, you may wish to consider fulfilling the swap rules.

It would be nice if you could follow the rules as I really do not wish people on here to get flakked upon. I have had experiences and trust me, it wasn't very nice either.

Have a great day everyone!
