P&M August recipe swap

This is the second in a series of monthly recipe swaps, each with a theme. Send two recipes that follow the theme. Presentation can be anything, recipe card, printed off your computer or whatever works for you. They do need to be recipes you have tried and enjoyed.

Theme for August is tomatoes. Any recipe that uses tomatoes as a primary ingredient. Tomato soup, tomato pie, anything you like. My garden is full of tomatoes so I am looking for ways to use them.

I have some ideas for future themes but please pm me with your ideas.
