10 Things Swap #2 - Newbie Friendly

This is an easy swap with a fast turnaround.

Only 4 days to send after swap sign up closes. Being this is senders choice, you can prepare this ahead of time so that when partners are assigned you're all set to mail your swap.

You will have 2 swap partners.

Description: Put any of the 10 items listed below in an envelope. You can send 10 stickers or a combination of things.

  1. Stickers
  2. note or list pad sheets
  3. stationary
  4. unused postage stamp (any denomination)
  5. Washi tape sample (minimum of 15" inches - wrapped around something that is easy to take it off of like a playing card.
  6. Blank note/ greeting card
  7. envelope - store bought or homemade
  8. die cut
  9. ribbon (at least 8 inches long)
  10. ephemera
  11. recipe
  12. new postcard
  13. Bookmark - store bought or handmade
  14. ATC blank

The rules are simple: Do not send anything gothic, dark or religious. Please only send nice items you'd be happy to receive :)

Rate your partner a 5 if they have met all the swap requirements. Giving a heart is up to you. Must have a rating of 4.95 to join. No recent unexplained 1's or 3's. Newbies must have a well filled out profile. I will be checking profiles before assigning partners.

I will gladly angel this swap. Message me if your partner hasn't replied to your message or sent the swap. After you rate them a 1 - I will Angel the swap.

Mail can get lost, so everyone deserves the benefit of doubt. It may even happen to you one day. Please always reach out to your swap partner and give them a chance to rectify before rating a 1 or a 3

Thank you for joining my swap!

I'm still new to Swap Bot, so maybe I'm confused, but I thought Type 2 was just for simple mail and 'things in an envelope' would be a Type 3?

Butterfly1974 07/27/2017 #

Wombatlady: Since these are all flat items that can just require a stamp or two, this is a type 2 swap. A type 3 swap would be items that are bulky and require you to buy a shipping label and cost considerably more to send. Some items in type 3 swaps are candles, journals, makeup and so on. Hope I cleared this up for you :) Thank you for your interest in my swap

Thanks! Looking at some of the active swaps, it seems like there is some disagreement on what makes a type 2 vs. 3. It doesn't really matter to me, just trying to figure out how things work.

Haha @ 'no gothic or dark items', those are pretty much the only things I like. To each their own.

@KatlynAva - I actually don't mind receiving gothic looking/ interesting items or Christian/religious things. But... not everyone feels that way. Gotta keep it generic for all :) There are lots of peeps like you, and I'm sure you'll touch base with them at some point to swap with.
