NH: My favorite poems

I saw requests for poetry swaps in the forum lists, so I thought I'd set this one up. For this swap, you will have one partner to send to, and this will be an International swap. Please keep postage costs in mind, as you will be required to send to your partner even if they are not in your country.

For this swap, you may send poems written by you, or those you have found in books, online, etc... Just be sure to add the author's name to give them credit for their work.

You will send your partner a minimum of 4 of your favorite poems. A haiku counts as a poem, and I am not setting a length requirement on the poems, just that you need to send 4 different poems. Each poem should be neatly hand written or typed, and should be a full sized piece of paper (8.5 x 11 in the US). One poem per page. You may use the back of the sheet, as well, as long as the print/ink does not bleed through (this may help cut back on postage costs). You are not required to decorate the page to reflect the poem, but you are welcomed to do so if you would like.

You may neatly fold the pages to fit in a standard envelope you do NOT have to mail the pages flat. This should mean the postage equivalent to mailing a letter.

Be sure to write the swap name and your swap-bot ID somewhere in the swap This is how people can rate you! Ratings are important here on swap-bot, so please rate your partner when you receive the swap. No one likes a non-rater!

Open to all group members with 4.98 rating or above with no unresolved 1's or 3's. You need to have a well filled out profile. I will check profiles, and if I think your profile needs help, I will send you a PM - and yes, you are required to respond. If you are wondering why profiles are important, I believe there is a thread in the forum, as well as information in the 'help tab.

The poems you send are important to YOU, so this is not profile based. You may start collecting your choices when you sign up.
