WIYM: Match-a-Stamp Mail Art #2

Hello swappers!

For this swap you'll be creating a mail art envelope (any mailable size will do); the only requirement is that you 'match' your mail art to the postage stamp(s) you choose to use.

In the pictured example above, the theme is, 'flowers.' The mail art is simple but matches the stamp perfectly!

Some other ideas:

• matching colors

• a Disney-themed envelope with one of the Disney Villains stamp

• an underwater scene with one of the newer shark stamps

• a butterfly-themed envelope with one of the 70 cent butterfly stamps

These are ideas for the recent US stamps, but you may use any stamp--vintage stamps included.

The mail art portion of the envelope can be in any style you prefer: hand-drawn, collage, watercolor, etc.

Please include a little flat-ish something for your partner inside your envie and mail it off. Think of all the people who will see your creation as it makes it way to your partner!
