CF: Pretty Paper Scraps Swap Cards

Say that swap name five times fast. LOL

Ok, ladies, I've found us another fun technique to try. The link will take you to a blog where the woman makes little cards from her quilting scraps, but I tried it with paper scraps and it works just the same. The swap photo is of the ones I've made so far. I thought they would make lovely little swap cards to include with our swaps.

Scrap Cards

Those of us who do paper crafting most likely have TONS of paper scraps, well I do anyway. LOL.

If this looks fun to you, come on out and play. We will have 2 partners and to each we will be making 5 pretty paper scraps swap cards. As for size, I made mine 3" x 4". Feel free to use any color combinations you want to try. I added a stamped hello saying to each one. If you don't have stamped sayings, you could neatly write a hello/thinking of you on them or you could even leave them blank if you wanted to, which would give your partners the option of adding their own saying if they wanted to. You may not be able to stop at just 5. These are really fun to make. :)

As they are swap cards, please neatly print (or type a label and adhere it to the back) that, at a minimum, gives the following information (lines are helpful to write on):

• Name of the swap
• From (Name/Swap-Bot ID)
• To (Name/Swap-Bot ID)
• Date sent

You may have to write small or use a small font so the person has enough space to write the swap name. You may also want to add something like, "Please rate upon receiving so I'll know the swap arrived safely."

I'm giving kind of a quick sign up and send by dates due to vacation schedule. This is the kind of swap that could be started before partners are assigned.
