Envelope for scrap lovers challenge INT #2

I have figured out a way to make it cost effective to do the international versions of the challenge envelopes.

This swap is limited to 2 international players in good standing. Please do not join this swap if you are from the USA.

If you have been in my totally tacky swap Or my WT ??? swap You might love this challenge.

Of course, we are making atcs. You will make 2 atc cards for each player. one with a flower the and one with a cat theme for each player.

Both lucky players will get an envelope of various small scraps of papers, to make scrappy backgrounds. Each player will not get the same scraps. You will not be able to make identical backgrounds with your scraps. You are to make scrappy backgrounds and add your own embellishments. Consider sealing your cards or gluing scraps down very well.

I will put a photo of your card sent to me on flickr. with your swap-bot nickname. My cat and flower atc will be inside the envelope both players. sealed so you cant see it til you want to see it. So it wont corrupt your creative muse.
