So how does this work with 8 people?

Jenmcjen, you are only sending 3 starter sets to one Partner. When that person gets done they will mail off to a third person.

It is just a way to get some starter sets going in the mail.

So Jenmcjen, When you get the 3 sets from your partner. You will follow the guidelines of the group adding 2-3 things, Then you can mail all 3 to one person to finish. Or you can even send one set to 3 different people. You can send to anyone in the group even if they are not in the swap.

Wait, what? Okay. Do I both send out a starter set and then add to another set I'll get from someone? Wait, am I sending off 9 --

Okay, I think I got it. I make 3 sets of 3, 9 total, send to someone.

At the same time, someone is making 3 sets of 3, 9 total, and sending them to me.

Then I add some stuff to those and send the sets off that were sent to me. So I'm sending out a total of 18.

And then if somebody else sends some to me, just always put more stuff on and send to somebody?

One person will send you 9 starters.

Once you get your starters, you will work on them and mail the 9 cards to a third player.

The swap is a way to get some starter sets moving in the group.

Even though you are sending 9 cards,

Set 1 should be the same backgrounds/cards

Set two a different starter set that some how coordinates with set 1, but all 3 cards should be the same

Set 3 is a third starter set, again all 3 the same, but different from set one and two, but still coordinating.

I write all that so you dont send 9 cards with the same background

Once you work on Allegrae's sets you can mail them on to anyone in the group.

I got Mimi7, to send to, and when she is done she can send them to anyone in the group.
