MA: Blind Contour Drawing Postcard (Sept)

Blind contour is a method of drawing where you draw the contour of a subject without looking at the paper. It's fun because the result is always unpredictable (plus, I think of it like I think of bowling - it's fun because no one expects me to be good at it!).

You will create one postcard for one partner. Your postcard will consist mainly of a blind contour drawing of whatever subject interests you. You can use Google images for inspiration. Your drawing can be done in any color and any dry/wet media format you choose (pencil, pen, marker, watercolor, acrylic paint, etc.). Google blind contour drawing to see plenty of examples.

There are lots of ways you can do this. You may cut out your drawing and paste it on top of a background; you may draw right on top of a background; if you draw right onto a watercolor postcard, you might just send it like that - it's up to you. You can color in your drawing if you'd like, as long as the drawing is clear and easy to see.

Mail the PC naked (no envelope). Please include your swap-bot name and the name of the swap, as well as a note about what you drew (it may not be clear).
