For this swap you'll be creating a Halloween-themed mail art envelope for your partner and including a flat-ish Halloween-themed surprise. Your envelope should be no smaller than 4" x 6" and you may draw, collage, washi, or any other type of art you'd like to create on your envelope. Please include a newsy little note to your partner along with the flat surprise. BOO!
