Sender's choice. Send your partner a handmade postcard. This is a "Type 3" swap meaning there is some type of craft and creativity involved - so create something wonderful. Any media is fine - collage, paint, drawing, ink, a combination, etc. Apply proper postage depending on size and bulk. Be sure to include your SB name and the name of the swap so you can get rated.
