For this swap, you will have 2 partners. You will send each partner 2 deco books. (So you'll need 4 books total, 2 going to each partner.) New or established decos are welcome. Easy-peasy, right? ;) Do NOT send deco books made for/by your partners, or deco books already worked on/passed on by your partners. DO send on time, and rate promptly when you receive your decos from your partners. I will check profiles before partners are assigned, and will ban if need be.
