Description:
Make one partner a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC & add ribbon to it. Yep, it is that easy. After several technique swaps, I thought it was time to have one using an element. You can stamp, collage or draw your ATC. Be sure to add a sturdy backing & add your SB info on the back so you can be rated.
