LBoE - Magpie Journal w/Decorated Cover

mag·pie noun /ˈmagˌpī/  magpies, plural A long-tailed crow with boldly marked (or green) plumage and a raucous voice Used in similes or comparisons to refer to a person who collects things, esp. things of little use or value. The Magpie is a bird who goes around collecting things, so for the purpose of this journal you are to have at least 50 entries of things you have collected, made, etc.

Examples are:

RECIPES MENUS CARDS/POSTCARDS BITS OF RANDOM INFORMATION CLIPPINGS FROM MAGAZINES/NEWSPAPERS POEMS SONG LYRICS YOUR OWN PERSONAL THOUGHTS

Please do not make all 50 entries the same thing. In fact, the more varied your book, the better. You can make it into an artsy type journal if you'd like as long as you add some found elements. That's what I usually end up with.

You can use a journal, composition notebook, or mixed media notebook to put your entries in. You will have one partner. Make sure to decorate the cover of the book as well. You don't have to make it crazy, all out blinged, but make it look nice.
