Indie Rock CD Swap!<3 <3 USA only.

Does this have to be CD's or can we also use DVD's? Using DVD's would mean that people would have an mp3 player or they could import the songs into the computer to burn their own CD's? DVD's hold more songs, that is why I'm asking. :) I can accept DVD's if someone needs or wants to.

I can accept DVDs as well... :) For me (if you use a DVD or burn an MP3 disc -- preferred), could you include all the album information with it? If I like it, I want to be able to find the rest of the songs :)

I don't see why you couldn't use dvd's, if it serves the same purpose haha :] So feel free to do so! I didn't know that though, that's an interesting idea.

Thanks guys! I just wondered b/c some folks don't have an mp3 player and since songs burn as mp3 files and not as music on dvd's the file will not play on your old school cd players. And I can call them old school, they are my generation devices. :)

I don't want a DVD....

This is slightly embarrassing to admit, but I only know how to burn a cd, and I only have cds, no dvds. Is that ok or should I wait til my partner is assigned?

I would rather have a CD if that's okay. :-)

I think, if you are planning on sending a dvd, please check with your partner first. I'll remind everyone of this in an e-mail as soon as the swap officially ends and I assign partners.

Oliviarrow, more than likely, people will want a cd so I would say go ahead and burn the cd. There's a very good chance that everyone that signed up can accept a CD, but maybe a few can accept both dvds and cd's. So you'll be safe with sending a cd!

Oh, and whoever has me, I'd like a CD, too, please!
