Description:
Since this group is about free postcards. Ones we get free or ones we make. Lets do a Christmas in July Postcard made from used/cancelled Christmas/winter postage stamps. Glue the stamps down well, or add a protective coating or seal. Glue them onto any type of postcard surface of your choosing. chipboard, an used postcard, cardboard, an ad card, you get the idea. Write something on the back, put postage on the card, as well as the swap name, your swap user name, etc. Mail off but not in an envelope. This is senders choice and you will need to be open to receiving a postcard with all types of used postage.

does the whole card has to be covered in stamps, or more like artistically covered?

Im not clear on this. I know the concept but do we use a Christmas postcard? And then we cover the postcard in stamps?

Yes, , cover ANY postcard in CHRISTMAS or winter postage stamps.
