ATCE&T: Painters or Masking Tape

On cardstock or glossy cardstock, you will tear strips of painters tape or masking tape & lay them randomly on the ATC. If you are using masking tape, you will need to lay the sticky side on your pants or shirt to remove some of the sticky. Otherwise, it may ruin your ATC piece.

Now sponge some color onto your 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC. My sample is with Rust, Tangerine Tango & More Mustard. All of these were from Stampin Up. (no I do not work for them) Pull the tape off your ATC & stamp or collage as usual.

This technique makes a pretty cool background. Be sure to add a sturdy backing.
