Washi Bag Across the World #1

For this swap, you need to send your partner either 2 established washi bags or newly created bags.

You may:

• Create 2 or more new washi bags (Insert individual samples into the envelopes / bags)

• Send 2 or more established washi bags

• Send a mix of established & new washi bags

CREATING WASHI BAGS

1) When making the washi bag(s), ensure that instructions are on the bag/envelope, easily visible. Attach the address you would like for the bag(s) to be sent back to at the end.

Instruction examples: "Grab 7, add 10 etc, it's entirely up to you.

2) Create individual separate washi samples, and ensure that there is enough to be exchanged throughout the journey.

Example: *If your instructions say to grab 7, you may add a lot more than that to give them choices to choose from and a lot more for the other people receiving the baggie.

3) On the other side of the bag, include a form/list with categories for the names, and dates/countries.

You may choose the number of people you want to receive by creating a certain number of slots for people and telling them to send it back after the last slot

.YOU NEED TO

1. Ensure the washi samples are at least 18 inches.

2. The forms & Instructions are easily readable to the receiver, with enough space to sign and write names on.

3. Ensure enough samples are included from the start.

4. Include an address to be sent to at the end of it.

5. Ensure all the washi samples are of a variety, not solid colours. Make sure that they aren't all too similar.
