YTPC: Altered Paper Clips: January

Hi swappers!

For our January altered paper clip swap, let's (sort of) follow Chelle's tutorial, found HERE to complete 2 altered paper clips for our partners.

This tutorial was really L O N G and unnecessarily so; I thought there were easier ways to add things than what Chelle demonstrated.

Let's make certain our clips have:

• a chain

• some type of small tag with washi tape (more for deco than for use)

• some beads or charms

If you don't feel like messing with head pins and stacks of beads, that's fine; you might use garment pins or coilless safety pins with beads and charms. I did think her idea of turning over a bit of the actual clip was very clever and cute.

As always, use the tutorial as a jumping off point for your own creativity!
