TCHH ~ February Blahs?

I don't even have yucky weather, and I still get the February Blahs. Let's brighten each other's outlook with some February Blah Busters!

You will send to your one partner a Blah Buster which will include:
~ a brightly colored envelope (decorated with at least a sticker or washi)
~ an item with an encouraging Scripture (can be homemade)
~ profile based flat surprise
~ a short note sharing something going well in your life and one way you bust the blahs
