What is a taphophile? "A person who is interested in cemeteries, funerals, epitaphs, and gravestone art." I am a huge fan of Arthur Dark's, "Hollywood Graveyard" and Oddie Beau's, "Obsolete Oddities." Two channels on YouTube that I highly recommend if you're a taphophile..like me. That being said, I'd like to try and create a swap with this theme. A series perhaps, if I can get enough intetest. Requirements are super simple... You will have 2 partners. Google famous graves located in YOUR state. On a full sheet of paper, please write or type at least 3 of your findings. Include their birth/death dates along with the cemetery they're laid to rest in. Plot #'s would be cool too if you know what they are. Lastly, *Please write a little something about each of the people you chose. Examples: What were they famous for? What movie/tv shows were they in? What did they invent? What book(s) did they write? What music did they compose? What was a quote of theirs? You get the idea. Newbie Friendly-No unexplained 1's or 3's-I reserve the right to ban-I will angel if necessary. Please include your user name & swap title.

Great idea! Have you listened to the History Goes Bump podcast? The host is a tadophile, as well, and shares some great history and personal accounts. I really enjoy listening to it. :)

I am so excited for this swap! I can't wait to learn about some graves from around the world, and this gives me an excuse to research which I love doing. haha

Findagrave.com is a way neat site. I signed up to help take pictures of gravestones in my area, and figured it will work out well for my walking etc.

@MorgueStudies201 Yes, I too am contributer of FindAGrave! I LOVE being able to fill requests of other members...I know personally how awesome it feels.! As a matter of fact, I was just notified 3 days ago that the requests I made for pics of my husband's 4xgreat grandparents (from Canada) had been uploaded. ❤☺
