Painted Envelope

I have seen so many beautifully painted envelopes on Pinterest and Instagram and I'd like to be brave and try my hand at it. If you've done this before and you're willing to receive from someone who is having a go, you're welcome to join. If you would like to give it a try like me, please join too!

For this swap, take an envelope you regularly send flat mail in and paint it. You can use acrylic or watercolour, any paints. You can use other mediums too but it must be majority painted. You're welcome to put a minimum of extra goodies and a note inside but for this swap, it's the outside that counts. Also, it does not have to be based on your partner's interests but check you're not sending a dislike. Oh my, I am nervous but excited to give this a go!

Rated newbies welcome. Any rating welcome, but I'll check participants before assigning. Be prompt with your sending and rating. Have patience with the mail these days and communicate with kindness if there are problems.

To recap, paint an envelope to send. There are no requirements on the inside - extras, note etc. optional. Please note, there may be people's first attempts in this swap so receive with kindness.
