Description:
Let's make a set of 3 twinchies, each featuring a cage bird...a PET bird. A few come to mind: parakeets (aka: budgies), canaries, cockatiels...even parrots. You may choose to make a set of 3 different images of the same type of bird, or you may choose to make a set of 3 entirely different types of birds; it's completely up to you. Each twinchie should (of course) be the standard 2 inches square. Remember to put your swap information on the back of each of your twinchies. I'm putting a way-out-there send-by date, due to my upcoming surgery and a month-long stay in a rehab facility...lots of time to make some wonderful twinchies! Of course, you may send as soon as partners are assigned, too.

Does the bird have to be in a cage?

No, no cages required (although they certainly can be used if you like). This is more about the type of bird than how they are housed.
