Monthly ATC Swap February: Be My Valentine

For each month there will be a themed ATC swap.

February's Theme is: Be My Valentine, this can be interpreted however the sender chooses.

You will create 1 ATC for 1 partner. Please check your partner's profile for dislikes: some don't like glitter, etc...

Rating of 4.9 or higher required to swap. I do review profiles prior to partner assignments.

Please use a sturdy base and at least 2 dimensional elements on your work. Sticker slapping is not allowed. Create something you'd be proud to receive from a partner.

Partners, if you receive an ATC card that is created with the monthly theme in mind and is not covered in just stickers, please rate a 5 as they will have met the swap requirement.
