the Regency Textile Trade

Good afternoon Ladies of Amberleigh, we last met making Hexagons for our coverlets. And what a wonderful time we had.

For this coming year, let us encage in something a bit different. Mrs. Phebe Knowel's has ask us to join her, in trading some of our fabrics, to make a beautiful Tea Cozy or a small coaster, or even a small cloth for our tables.

We will use plain colors or printed fabrics from our Era to trade.

The trade would be 3 strips of fabric measuring 4" x 8", which fit in to a business envelope 41/2" x 91/4", this will cut down on postage. Each strip will give you 6 squares to use on your projects.

This will be an on going trade. A easy pattern for a Tea cozy/tutorial + pattern, can be found at Shabby Fabrics.

Mrs. Knowel's is very excites about this trade, in hopes you will join iwith her for this fun exchange of fabric and to show us your finished projects in the near future.
