Pull out your Toby Keith, Sugarland, Tim McGraw, Johnny Cash, Rascal Flatts, and other country favorites! This swap is for all the country music fans! You'll have 2 partners and you'll make them each 1 cd of at least 18 country songs. Post a comment with favorite artists or least favorite artists to give your partner an idea of what your favorites are. Include some kind of insert listing all the songs and artists, so your partners know what they're listening to! Check out your partners' profiles to see what they're into! Feel free to decorate the cd however you like! Make sure you package the cd in a way that keeps it safe for mailing! Newbies welcome! (Try and get your profile filled out, to give people a better idea of what you'll love!) USA & Canada (N. America) only.

I like the newer stuff over the old stuff as well, the sappier/sadder the better :P

Oh wow....love this!!! I was wondering if anyone was going to do a country music cd since there's all kinds of other music bouncing around sb, lol. I am a huge country music buff:)) Putting this in my watch for now, but will more than likely join in at the last minute.

I love just about all forms of music, and country is no exception to this. Colour me in for most country artists, from the early days to the newer stuff. I'm more familiar with the newer artists such as Shania Twain, Brooks & Dunn, Dixie Chicks, Kenny Chesney, George Strait, but I like the older ones like Dolly Parton, The Judds, Reba McEntire, Eddie Rabbit, Kenny Rogers, Merle Haggard and just about anything in between. I'm not really a fan of the VERY early country from the 50's and such - just not to my liking.

I love country music!! My favs tend to run with the oldies but goodies (Dolly, Kenny Rogers, Jim Reeves, Patsy Cline) but some of the newer artist are good too. Shania Twain, Kenny Chesney, George Strait. Pretty much anything!
