Spell "S U M M E R" with vintage ephemera FLAT items starting with the letters. One item per letter. 1970 or older. No handmade. Pop in a note why you think the item represents the letter!

S - Sweet (maybe a cute valentine or a dessert recipe) etc

U - Umbrella or Perhaps an antique/vintage UglY photo or postcard

M - Meal time (recipe or food ad) Mother (old photo of mother and child) etc..

M- Metro/Transport ticket, Mister (old photo of a man) etc

E - Letter E page from dictionary, Circus ELEPHANT etc..

R- piece of Rhode Island Map or something RED -- etc
