Chunk O Cardboard Intl - HALLOWEEN THEME

**** This swap will have a twist: you must send a chunk with a HALLOWEEN THEME. The theme can be pre-printed on the recycled cardboard chunk (for example, a chunk from the box of a Halloween edition of a craft beer), or you can optionally decorate your Chunk of Cardboard postcards with a HALLOWEEN THEME (senders choice). NOTE: Pumpkin themes do count, even if not Halloween-specific; this is just a backup plan because there should be tons of pumpkin flavored product packages available in case finding three Halloween-specific chunks is too difficult. If you send a non-Halloween pumpkin chunk, please (optionally) consider adding a Halloween sentiment (Boo!) or sticker or stamp. Please also note that this is an INTERNATIONAL swap. ****

US POSTAGE INCREASE AUGUST 29TH!!!!! The rate for International PCs is increasing on August 29th, 2021 to $1.30 postage (all sizes, so you could send a big one up to 6 1/8 inch x 11 1/2 inch for the same price as a 4x6 inch card). The rate for postcards sent within the United State is increasing to 40-cents. If you send an odd shape, the NON-MACHINABLE SURCHARGE DID ACTUALLY CHANGE TO 30-CENTS!!! (Note: Check with your post office - you may have to upgrade to first class postage 58-cents US or $1.30 Intl, AND THEN add the 30-cent non-machinable surcharge if you are sending a round card or something else other than strictly postcard size).

This is a Cardboard Postcard swap (CBPC). You will send one card each to 3 partners. Do not use an envelope.

The postcards should be made out of ANY kind of reused cardboard saved from the trash/recycling. Please use only CLEAN cardboard. Additional decoration is sender's choice, and is strictly optional - only a chunk o' cardboard is required (as long as it has a Halloween or pumpkin theme). Please include a short message to your partner - it's optional, but more fun don't you think?

The maximum postcard size which can be sent for the first class letter rate is 6-1/8" x 11-1/2" (note: USA - international rules may vary).

Some Housekeeping Info

Firstly, thanks so much for joining my swaps, people. It's a lot fun for me. They've grown in size to the point where I need to take some steps to control the amount of time that it takes to manage them.

• Communicate Communicate Communicate I won't be checking to see who's naughty and who's nice. I'm counting on you to let me know about any problems. If you have a question or problem, please let your partner know and give them a chance to respond. If can't resolve the issue, then let me know and I'll do what I can to help work it out.

• Senders Please send your items on time and remember to mark your swap as "sent". Please let your partner know if you are going to send late. Many swappers won't mind a bit of delay as long as you keep people informed. Before assigning partners for future swaps, I will remove anyone has not marked an item "sent" for a previous swap. If you want to be in the next swap, then send your items and mark them as sent.

• Recipients If you haven't received anything a week or two after the swap deadline, please let your partner know. If you still don't receive an item (or a satisfactory response), leave a "1" rating then contact me to send an angel replacement. I will angel only if you rate the swap appropriately. Accurate ratings are the only way I can weed out unreliable senders from future swaps. And that's good for everyone.
