This Sender’s Choice Starter Set (SCSS) swap will be for:

One Set of Buddy JAMS

• Two ATCs or APCs

• Starter cards will both have decorative backgrounds or papers already affixed. A piece of plain white or colored cardstock will at least have inked edges, paint, or something artistic like embossing on it. Please send backgrounds that have some interest and/or texture.

• Set will also include a minimum of TWO items that can be used as the focal point, accent, or embellishment on each card. Your partner will use one focal item per card, so there must be at least two items. Items do not have to be identical, but it helps if they both match. Focal images, accents, and embellishments may be sent loose (not affixed) with the cards, if you’d like to give your buddy options.

Please Note: These are not complete ATC kits. Therefore, each artist will be using personal supplies to add to the cards.

• Remember to include your UserID, the Swap Title, and your return address inside the envelope. If your return address is on back of the cards it makes it easier for your partner to return a homer ATC to you. But, you can opt to include your return address inside the envelope as a note, label, pre-addressed envelope or SASE (depending on if your partner is across the Northern border) 😉

• Upon receipt of the Starters, your partner will rate a 5 (five) for creating the set based upon the swap details and group guidelines (proper size & sturdy/firm backers)

• You’ll finish both cards by adding at least 2 artistic layers, items, or techniques to each ATC

• Sign & date the back of each card (add an addy label, if ya got ‘em!)

• Then send a finished card back to the original artist

There’s now a set timeline for how long we may “hold” a set of buddy jams: Complete & Return Cards within 6-months. If you haven’t felt inspired to add any art by that time then the set MUST be returned to the original artist or myself @CookieMOMster for completion. Contact one or both of us directly to make arrangements.

Please try to get these done and returned within 30 calendar days, and please let your partner know by sending them or @CookieMOMster78 a direct/private message.

Due to uncertain shipping circumstances, your partner will appreciate knowing when you’ve put their “homer” in the mail! 😉
