💮 Origami Swap

👋🏼 Hello all,

Just as interesting as the swap name, we are swapping origami paper creations. How exciting!

Many studies assert that origami was invented by the Japanese about a thousand years ago, but its roots may well be in China (as papers were invented in China).

For this swap, we’re making 5 origami creations, with THREE different styles. You’re welcome to make all 5 different ones. I have gathered a collection of tutorials from Pinterest board for you to choose from but feel free to decide yourself out of my list. There are flowers, dresses, kimonos, birds, animals, leaves, etc.

However please NOTE, the origami creation must be in 2D, which means they are flat and won’t get crushed (if they’re 3D). In general we’re using 6x6” patterned origami papers but you’re welcome to cut any patterned papers to size, or whatever sized papers they use in the tutorials.

As all our swaps always weigh minimum of 50gr / 1.8oz, we’re including other paper goodies for our partner. Try to include things in their Likes list. Happy swapping! 💞
