How do we rate for a heart?

You give a heart baised on how you feel. I do not dictate HOW you should rate, just that you must rate your partner.

What I do on these swaps, if the person gives detail answers, then I give a heart. If the person just give one or two word answers, I just give a 5

@YarnPrincess ...try refreshing your page. I also had that problem when I had 20 people to rate for another e-mail swap.
