WIYM: One-Signature Junk Journal: January 2023

For the coming year, I'm going to list a swap each month for a 1-signature junk journal. We'll begin (of course ;+) with January! Each month, the journal you create for your partner will:

• have some papers or embellishments reflecting the time of year

• measure 5.5" wide by 8.5" wide (standard 8.5"x11" paper would work for this--just turn it sideways and fold)

• have some type of cover reflecting the month

• be bound with a pamphlet stitch (shown in THIS video).

• have at least 8 UNFOLDED pages

You may use an assortment of papers for the journal you create--not all of them need to measure 5.5"x8.5"; only the cover MUST be 5.5"x8.5". There must be adequate space for journaling. If most of your pages are not suitable for journaling, simply add some extra papers/tucks/etc. inside.

If you've never created a journal before, this is the time! The 1-signatures, especially, are so much fun. Please don't be intimidated--jump right in!

Send by date each month will allow you to have the journal from day 1 of the coming month.
