Favourite Chefs Letter and Recipe Swap

For this swap, you will write a letter to your partner discussing one of your favourite chefs and why you like them. Feel free to write about more than one, but remember that only one chef is required. Your favourite chef can be anyone- someone on television, a cookbook author, the dude that works the grill at your local diner, your grandmother... just about anyone who you think cooks tasty food!

Talk about how you first came across the chef, why you like them, what sort of food they make, any messes or successes you’ve experienced when preparing their recipes… just write!

You must include thse things in your letter:

1. At least one recipe from the chef. These can be handwritten, typed, put on a recipe card, or just photocopied from a cookbook.

2. A list of 3 or more things you have learned from them.

The goal of this swap is to find out about some new chefs we may never have heard of, to get some new recipes to try, and to learn a little bit about your partner. You must have a rating of 4.0 or above. Newbies with completed profiles are welcome.
