Bags in Bulk #1

Instructions for this swap have been copied and modified from @Allegrae s ATC Bag swaps (with permission). Please consider joining her swaps for ATC bags, but if you’ve got extras that need to get moving, those can come through here, I’m not specifically excluding them.

IMPORTANT: Don't send a bag to someone who has already signed it. If you are partnered with someone who has signed a bag in your possession, start a fresh bag for them instead. Also: Don't send a bag home unless all of the slots have been filled (i.e., a full bag).

This swap is for bags of all kinds. Examples include: label bags, postcard bags, goodie bags, sticker bags, and ATC bags. Perhaps you’ve got a new idea for a bag. As long as the items are fairly flat, go ahead and give your idea a try! You will send 5 of any combination of bags to your partner.

If you already have enough established bags to pass along, great! If not, here's how to start a new one:

1. Take an appropriately sized envie and write your name and address on one side. On the other side, write instructions such as "take out 2 ___ and add 3." You can choose to have the person take or add as many as you wish. (Note: New bags MUST start with at least 4 of the bag item so players have an assortment to choose from.)

2. Create numbered lines for participants to sign. You can decide how many lines to include (# of passalong players) The last person will sign and send the bag home. Depending on the type of bag, you may want to consider less lines, so as not to make envelopes so bulky they’re hard to pass along.

3. Place the bag (envie) inside another envelope, and mail the package to your swap partner.

4. Please keep envie thickness in mind when adding items (this mainly applies to goodie bags and ATC bags). If you have already established bags with bulky items, you can still pass them along. But for new bags let’s keep these as easy to mail as possible.

When you receive your bags, follow the sender's instructions and pass it along in the next round after partners are assigned.

You must have participated in at least 5 bag swaps already. No unexplained 1's or 3's, no late swaps on dash. If I find a history of improper rating, non-rating, not sending on time, which is a requirement, or a history of drama I may ban without giving an explanation. If there's a reason that can be reconciled, I will communicate it.
