RAK: Knitting/Crocheting Supplies Destash

I have some knitting/crocheting supplies that I have no use for. I'd like to pass the supplies on to someone who might be able to use them.

Here's how the swap will work...

I will be sending the following items to whoever is assigned as my partner:

• 3 bundles of light purple & white Sweet Snuggles Lite yarn (174 yards per bundle)

• 1 pair of size 10 1/2, 1 pair of size 7, and 1 pair of size 4 knitting needles.

• 2 circular knitting needles: 1 larger & 1 smaller (I'm unsure of the exact size).

• 2 knitting hooks: 1 size H8-5mm and 1 extra large hook.

• I will also be sending my partner the items listed below that I'm requiring each participant to send to their partner.

For everyone else:

• Anyone is welcome to join this swap (as long as you meet the swap requirements listed below).

• As I mentioned, whoever is assigned as my partner will receive the items I listed above.

• You will have one partner for this swap.

• You will send your partner at least 5 flat arts & crafts or penpalling items form the list below.

• You will also send your partner something handmade by you (e.g. ATC, postcard, notecard). More details are listed below.

Ideas of arts & crafts/penpalling supplies you can send to your partner:

• Scrapbook paper (at least 3 samples)

• Journaling cards (at least 3)

• Postcards (sending 1 is fine)

• Stickers (at least 5 large or 10 medium/small)

• Sticker sheets (at least 3)

• Washi tape samples (at least 4 samples)

• Ribbon/Lace (at least 3 samples)

• Fabric samples (at least 3 samples)

• Memo Sheets (at least 5 sheets)

• Notecard (just 1 is fine)

• Letter set (just 1 is fine)

This list is not all inclusive. You can send something that's not on the list. If you want to send something that's not on the list, I'll leave it to your discretion to decide if acceptable & falls within the requirement of arts & crafts or penpalling supplies. But if you're unsure if something you want to send will be okay, don't hesitate to send me a message. Also, for some of the items on the list...don't just send 1 of something. As indicated above: for stickers, please send at least 5 large stickers or 10 medium/small stickers; at least 3 sticker sheets; at least 4 washi tape samples; and at least 3 journaling cards, scrapbook paper, or fabric samples. It is okay to send 1 of certain items such as a notecard, letter set, or postcard. Please don't send junk. Only send things you'd be happy to receive. It's not a requirement, but it would be nice if you looked at your partner's profile and try to send things they might like.

I thought it would be nice to add a personal touch to this swap, so the final requirement for this swap is to send your partner something handmade. I was thinking something along the lines of an ATC, postcard, or notecard. If you have something else in mind of what you'd like to make, send me a message and run your idea by me first. The theme of what you make is up to you. However, it would be nice if you looked at your partner's profile and try to make something they might like.

To recap:

• I will send whoever is assigned as my partner the above mentioned knitting/crocheting supplies.

• I will also send my partner 5 arts & crafts/penpalling supplies and an ATC made by me.

• Participants will send their partner 5 arts & crafts and/or penpalling supplies (examples of what you can send are listed above).

• Participants will also send their partner something handmade by you, such as an ATC, postcard, or notecard.

I'm only allowing well established users to participate in this swap, no newbies. I won't have a rating requirement. All I ask is that you have a well filled out profile, no recent or unexplained 3's or 1's, and have completed at least 25 type 3 swaps. Please contact me if you have any questions.
