Did any of you know that January 31st is Inspire Your Heart With Art Day? Well yes it is!

Inspire Your Heart With Art Day gives you the opportunity to....you guessed it....visit an art gallary or theater.

Observed annually on the 31st of January, National Inspire Your Heart with Art Day is a holiday that encourages every single one of us to ponder how much art means to us. Enjoying and making art are activities that provide everyone with some very distinct benefits.

It helps inspire creativity, it can make people think, and it can lift people’s moods. Sharing art with people can even make people feel less lonely. That’s probably why humans have been creating art since the beginning of time. If you’re wondering how art might add value to your life, then observing this holiday is a good day to begin your journey.

We wanted to give everyone some fun facts about art that they could share with friends and family members on January 31st, so we did some research and came up with the following list.

*Children who are taught art at a young age have higher math and science skills.

*Leonardo da Vinci was an animal rights activist.

*On August 21, 1911, the Mona Lisa was stolen from the Louvre.

*In December of 1913, the Mona Lisa showed up in Florence, Italy.

National Inspire Your Heart with Art Day is best celebrated by taking the time to enjoy art in your life. If you’re lucky, art is already omnipresent in your life, but if it isn’t, then you can take the time to visit an art gallery or a theater.

You can listen to your favorite musical artists, or you can read a good book. You can also take the time to create your own art that you can share with friends and family members or the wider community using the hashtag #NationalInspireYourHeartWithArtDay on your social media accounts.

Practice on your own profile first to be sure it looks good because you can easily delete there.

Pick images that are size 300 wide or smaller to be sure they fit. I go to Google images to get my pictures.

Hover over images to see their size because there will be some larger sizes there too. If you really like something click on it and go to the words SEARCH BY IMAGE and click on that. THEN go to the word SMALL and see if there is one 300 size. There are other tricks in the group thread; AN EASY way to get a small PIC from a BIG one;-)
