Description:

As the 2024 year approaches the end, what better time it is for gratitude and positive reflection! :D Rating your partners with a Image is recommended if the e-mail was sent on time and fulfilled the swap requirements below.

NOTE: The number of partners changes depending on how many people join this swap. I will change the number of swap partners after signup closes. But 20 is the maximum due to the system's limitations. So if five (5) people join this swap, you will be sending to four (4) partners. And if thirteen (13) people join this swap, you will be sending to twelve (12) people. This is my attempt to solve those "I wish I had X as my partner but the system didn't assign that person to me" cases in electronic swaps. :'D

Swap Rules:

I. Send your partner an e-mail where you make a list of five (5) or more of any of these kinds of things: what you are grateful for, good things that happened in your day or life, blessings in disguises you were able to (finally) see about something or someone, things you are relieved about, what you are glad about, random acts of kindness that happened TO you, miracle resolution and solutions that happened to a stressful situation, things that make you happy, your favorite things, what inspires you, something about your partner's profile that you are grateful for, etc.

It's up to you how and what you want to talk about. Ideally, each mention on your list should each have at least around two (2) proper sentences. (e.g., "I am so grateful for the rain today because it made me realize X. And then because of this, I had the chance to spend time doing Y instead, which helped me feel relaxed." INSTEAD OF just writing "today's rain" or other very short sentences of this form!!) You are welcome to write longer if you want, but the minimum should be at least two (2) proper sentences. (Feel free to add other things like attaching photos or anything else you want, but these will only count as extras and not a part of the required swap.)

It can be simple or surface level things, or it can be deeper things, spiritual things, etc. You can talk about you having eaten your favorite food and then something good coincidentally happened, or the sky being sunny today, or you started new routines and life habits that are positively changing your life, or some surprising kindness that happened for you today, or your new life journey realization that you are on the right path... and so on.

Just please DON'T send or write about anything that is directly religious, political, or inappropriate unless you know your specific partner won't mind that kind of stuff.

II. When you receive a partner's e-mail and the above instruction is fulfilled, rate them a 5 with a Image. (Yes, with a Image because this swap is to encourage kindness and generosity!!) Remember to rate me a Coordinator Star (Image) for this swap, if you think I am a good swap host.

III. Feel free to start writing your list before partners are assigned, or feel free to wait until partners are assigned before writing. It's up to you. You can also start your e-mail with "Dear Diary" or "Dear Life" kind of things instead of greeting your partners.

IV. Partners will be assigned ON TIME at around 1:00am Swap-bot Time.

This is one hour after joining closes. If you have 3s or 1s or other issues, it is better to join this swap earlier and not at the last minute, so that there is more room for communication and potentially fixing things if anything happens. Of course, 3s and 1s isn't everything to decide a swapper and things aren't black and white, but this is an example. NOTE: I may simply assign partners earlier, or even right at 12 midnight, instead of 1:00am especially if all participants are 5.00 swappers.
