Newbie Friendly Postcard swap

I love postcard swaps. I practically do all of them. LOL

And I am happy to help newbies get started.

Newbie here...LOL!.. I have my ready.. but have a question.. When the cards are sent. Do we put postage on the postcard or do we put the cards in an envelope to mail them.. Just don't want to make a mistake.. LOL! I did a swap one time with postcards on another site.. Mailed my postcards.. and it was suppose to be mailed in an envy.. LOL TIA..

I have signed up, since I am a newbie to this group, I am guessing someone will send us the partner and address, etc. Just say, a postcard from Maine to whom ever I get?

i am also a newbie and am eager to start swapping. the rules posted above say store bought post card. are we supposed to create art on one side, like a collage, or write something. i love to collage cards and send them. thanks.

i personally would rather have a store bought Naked (as in no envelope) postcard. I like my postcards stamped and written on, it's what makes them fun for me!

I just joined this swap as one of my five swaps as a newbie. Can't wait for partners to be assigned. I am leaving for Berlin in three hours, so if I get the adress before that I will send my card from Berlin. Have a great day

Hello everyone - sorry I haven't responded here sooner. Because I did not specify how the cards would be sent, I am going to suggest that the swap be for written and stamped cards (aka naked), but that you check the swap comments and/or your partners' profile to see which they prefer. For rating purposes, please rate a 5 if a postcard was sent (regardless of the manner). Again, my apologies for the confusion.

SaraLouise1981 - please join in - if you look at my profile, you'll see that I dropped out for quite a while myself. In spite of how much we get caught up in it - there IS more to life than Swap-Bot!

trees911 - yes when the swap closes (today - Swap-Bot will allow me to assign partners - tomorrow, but please be patient as it may be Wednesday before I'm able to get online and assign)
