Description:

Here we go again! Alphabet ATCs #2, Round 2--F,G,H,I,& J,

This time, I'm including numbers 0-9 to fill it out even more and make it interesting for the ones who've already played. There will be 7 rounds, so if you want to join each one, you can start making your ATCs anytime, and sign up when each one is posted. I will e-mail each member of each round with the new swap info when it's ready. There will be three weeks between sign up deadlines and mailing dates, and a week between rounds(after all swaps are listed as "sent"), so the faster everyone works and sends, the faster we can get through it.

This 2nd round swap will be with one partner(always just 1), and you will each send 5 ATCs-one based on each of the letters F,G,H,I &J from the English alphabet only, please. Each round will be five letters until the last letter-round.

The last letter round will be 6 ATCs, U,V,W,X,Y,Z, then two rounds of five numerals each 0-4 and 5-9. This will give up a total of 36 cards if my arithmetic is correct. That's four 9-pocket collector sheets that will fill a looseleaf notebook nicely.

Any medium can be used, but they must be original artworks, no photocopies, digital art should be embellished a little at least.

This swap is international, so please don't sign up if you aren't prepared to mail out of the country. Higher than 4.0 rating folks have preference here, and if you have a very low rating, or more than one inexplicable no-send, you may be dropped.

Also!! Put the name of the swap, your name and username on the inside and outside of your envelope. Better to identify the contents if it gets mangled by the post office, and easier to identify which swap it's from so you can contact the sender to say that it's arrived.

Also--a padded envelope and a piece of stiff card can protect your art from the dangerous journey through the post office machines! Better yet, if they don't have many chunky embellishments, you can put them in a cd mailer! If they are chunky, wrap the ATCs in bubblewrap in the envie. I have a collection of loose aprts that have fallen off ATCs I've received in the mail. One of these days I'll sit down and try to match them up and glue them back on!

I had fun doing the first letters, and I love the cards I got. I'm now working on PeonyPath's cards for this round. Thanks twobluecrows for the opportunity.

I certainly had fun doing the first set of cards. I send to the same partner again, sleepingtraveler. I hope she liked the first set. Maybe I should try to change my style a little for the next set?%??~ I'll think on it. If you want something different sleepingtraveler, let me know. Thank you for hosting these Twobluecrows ~ they are challenging but fun. lana

vintageprincess--that's pretty interesting getting to send to the same partner! What are the odds I wonder? I've only had repeat partners a few times in all my swaps, though I'm sure a lot of the same people are in the swaps with me. This whole thing is amazing! (and you're welcome!, it's certainly my pleasure to host them!)

I must apologize to everyone for the kooky e-mail I sent out about late sending and all. I was mixing things up in my rush. We are all fine, and no one will get dropped without a real hard reason from any of my swaps! Thanks for your understanding! Cyn

I have to thank Lucyellen publicly for her wonderful cards, even though I received them ages ago (and I did rate her and let her know), because these are the only cards I've received from anyone so far in the series of the alphabet ATC's!
